Mattamy Homes has acquired homesites within Pasadena Ridge, a new master-planned community in the Pasadena Hills area of Zephyrhills. The community is expected to bring 154 new single-family homes to one of Pasco County’s fastest-growing areas.
Sales are expected to begin April 18, 2026, with pricing starting around $349,990.
For buyers searching for more space, newer homes and easier access to Wesley Chapel and Tampa without necessarily paying Wesley Chapel prices, Pasadena Ridge could quickly become an interesting option.
What’s Coming to Pasadena Ridge?
Mattamy Homes plans to offer single-family homes ranging from approximately 1,600 to 3,800 square feet, giving buyers options from more manageable starter and move-up homes to larger homes designed for growing or multi-generational households.
Buyers are expected to have two primary options:
- Move-in-ready homes
- Build-to-order floor plans
Four model homes are also expected to open during summer 2026.
And this isn’t planned as simply another collection of houses.
Pasadena Ridge is being developed as a full community with amenities including:
