The Hub at Lexington Oaks: Your Guide to Wesley Chapel's Newest Place to Eat, Sip and Play

For years, a night out in Wesley Chapel meant the same loop: Wiregrass, then the SR 56 strip. That loop just got a new stop. The Hub at Lexington Oaks celebrated its grand opening in late October 2026. It's already the kind of place you go on a Tuesday just because you feel like getting out of the house.

Here's everything that's open, what's coming next, and how to make a night of it.

At a glance

  • Where: 26967 Halter Loop, Wesley Chapel, FL 33544 (map), at Wesley Chapel Blvd. and Lexington Oaks Blvd., just off I-75
  • What: About 40,000 sq. ft. across six buildings around a shaded open-air courtyard
  • Best for: Date night, game day, brunch with friends, dessert runs and rainy-day golf
  • Don't miss: The courtyard market on the third Friday of every month. The next one is Friday, Nov. 20.

What is The Hub at Lexington Oaks?

The Hub is a $24 million dining and entertainment village from Center Connect Development. It's the same sibling team behind The Hub at Bexley in Land O' Lakes. Six buildings wrap around a central courtyard shaded by decorative trees, with patio seating, live DJs and community events.

It sits at the front door of the Lexington Oaks area, so it's walkable for some neighbors and a quick drive from much of Wesley Chapel.

Where to eat at The Hub

Farmer's Milk Café & Bakery

This is the one everyone's talking about. Farmer's Milk started in Ukraine, where it has more than 20 locations. Wesley Chapel is only its third U.S. café, after Miami and Chicago. The milk comes fresh from a farm in Okeechobee, and the yogurt, coffee drinks and pastries are made from scratch.

Order this: The Kyiv cake, with layers of crunchy pastry, buttercream and hazelnuts. Grab a slice to go, because you'll want it again tomorrow.

Bonchon

Bonchon is known worldwide for double-fried Korean chicken. The Wesley Chapel location is a full sit-down Korean pub with bulgogi, table service and a full bar. It's the brand's first full-service restaurant in Tampa Bay.

Order this: A half-and-half of soy garlic and spicy wings.

La Creación Bistro

La Creación Bistro was the first restaurant to open at The Hub. It's the sit-down sister to La Creación Express at The KRATE, with its own American–Puerto Rican menu for brunch, lunch and dinner.

Go for: Weekend brunch on the patio.

Tampa Joe's Restaurant & Sports Bar

After 16 years on Anderson Road in Tampa, Tampa Joe's moved north to The Hub. It's an American-Italian sports bar with wings, pizza and flatbreads, plus plenty of screens.

Go for: Bucs Sunday.

Where to get dessert (and a drink)

  • Cinnaholic — Made-to-order plant-based cinnamon rolls with about 20 frosting flavors. Owners Thiago and Juliana Mendes moved to Wesley Chapel to open it.
  • Urban Crunch Creamery Café — A Tampa Bay brand that started as a family ice cream truck. Expect hand-dipped ice cream, specialty lattes and açaí bowls.
  • Brew Bar Self Pour — Inside the creamery space, a tap wall where you pour your own local craft beer, wine and frozen drinks, by the ounce.

Where to play: The Clubhouse

It's 92 degrees and humid, and you still want to play 18. The Clubhouse has six indoor simulator bays and thousands of courses, from Pebble Beach to Augusta. Rent a bay by the hour, split it with your foursome, and play year-round in the AC.

The story makes it even better. Brothers Mark and Tyler Ward grew up in Wesley Chapel and graduated from Wesley Chapel High. They built The Clubhouse as a thank-you to their dad, who put golf aside for 30 years to raise the family.
